What is included in cable management services?

Our basic cable management service includes organizing and securing cables for up to 2 monitors, 1 computer, and additional peripherals. Basic materials like hook and loop ties, cable organizers, and clips are included. More advanced setups with additional materials will incur extra costs. 

How is pricing structured?

For a detailed breakdown of pricing, please visit our Pricing page. Pricing varies by service, with a base rate of $100 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour for hourly services. 

What is included in the office setup service?

Our office setup service covers everything you need for an efficient, comfortable workspace, including furniture assembly, ergonomic assessments, cable management, and tech installation. We tailor each setup to your needs, ensuring productivity and comfort. 

Do you provide tech support for elderly clients?

Yes! We offer Onsite Elderly Tech Support to assist elderly clients with setting up and troubleshooting technology. Whether it’s setting up a new computer or helping with daily tech use, we provide a stress-free and accessible experience. 

Can you help me choose the right office furniture and technology?

Yes! Our Technology Consulting service helps you choose the right office furniture and tech based on your specific needs, ensuring functionality, comfort, and productivity. 

What is your background?

I have a background in manufacturing engineering and ergonomic design, which gives me a deep understanding of how to create efficient, productive workspaces. This experience allows me to tailor setups that not only look great but also improve long-term comfort and efficiency. 

How does the full office setup process work?

We start with an initial consultation to assess your needs and goals. From there, we handle everything from furniture assembly and cable management to ergonomic assessments and tech installation. We create customized setups tailored to your space and workflow. 

Do you offer any warranties on your services?

While we don’t provide product warranties, we guarantee the quality of our services. If there’s any issue with the setup or assembly, we’ll work to resolve it. For product warranties, we recommend checking with the manufacturer. 

Do you charge for materials?

Basic materials for cable management are included in the service price. For more advanced setups that require additional materials (e.g., cable trays, conduits), those materials will be billed separately. 

Do you offer customized solutions?

Absolutely! Every workspace is unique, and we provide custom solutions tailored to your specific needs, from ergonomic assessments to advanced tech integration. 

What areas do you serve?

Consultations: We offer virtual consultations across the entire USA, providing technology consulting, ergonomic assessments, and workspace design remotely. 

Physical Setup Services: Available in the Austin Metro Area, including Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and surrounding cities. 

Travel: We’re willing to travel outside the Austin Metro area for physical setups for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.
